| Work included design and install of spa, pool, water feature, landscape, lighting and hardscape. Coordinated new exterior paint color, soffit and fascia of home. Challenge on this project was no physical backyard and only available space in building envelope was along side and front of home. To give client more outdoor living space, added retaining walls to build space out along with installing pool in front of yard to take advantage of beautiful views and give the front entrance a more dramatic look, and the side yard with large bench and firepit for entertaining. Because of the sharp change in elevation, a soils test was completed and special structural engineering was completed for footings. Also because of excavating close to patio footings, patio roof required shoring and new columns to be built.
