| Project encompassed design/build of pool and spa and to create more backyard living area. Because there was not enough building area to the rear of the property, we enlisted the services of a survey engineer to reapportion the space to create a larger building envelope in the rear of the property. Property also had a large drainage/wash going through it which needed to be diverted and drain pipe installed to accommodate water flow.
