Wonderful job!
Kathy and I want to thank you again for the wonderful job you did in designing and constructing our pool. The project was to take a home built on a hillside in the 1970′s and add a pool to the front of the house overlooking the city. The challenge was not only to add a pool, but to add a flat grass area for entertaining and to keep the project within the original architectural design of the home. This wasn’t an easy assignment and the larger pool companies didn’t come up with anything aesthetically pleasing or original. Roger knocked it out of the park with some very creative ideas.
As the project progressed, we realized that the landscape and the house’s exterior needed some repairs and updating to match the pool. Roger served as the GC on these additions to the scope of work and put together an excellent team. The overall end product was nothing less than a total transformation of our home.
The pool itself included a five sided negative edge and three levels of water. This necessitated using some sophisticated equipment that was fairly new on the market. Roger had some challenges with the equipment and with our uneven electrical supply from APS. In fact, it took a bit of time to figure out how to ensure a smoothly operating system. In the process though, Roger and Sheri were consummate professionals and truly went out of their way to be responsive and to make sure our concerns were quickly addressed.

Gorgeous addition to our house
We are so pleased with our remodeled pool! Thank you to Hydroscapes for taking an old beat up eyesore and turning it into a gorgeous addition to out house. The Pentair water heater you recommended works like a charm. Also, many thanks for such terrific customer service. You are always available to answer questions and stand by your product. We are selling our house in 2011 and will recommend Hydroscapes to the new owners for the addition of the spa.
